Over the weekend, information reached the wider public that the e-Governance Academy wishes to help communist Cuba digitise its state institutions, planning to spend 441,000 euros for this purpose. Among other things, the Academy intended to procure Nvidia graphics cards for Cuba, which are on the United States sanctions list.
