The snow has melted (although it may reportedly return for a short while), spring is here, and it seems that the presidential election campaign has kicked off at full speed. Due to the peculiarities of Estonia’s presidential election system, the campaign is of course taking place largely behind closed doors, writes Mart Raudsaar, head of Postimees’s opinion section.
