The tightening grip of the Austrian authorities has finally closed in on North Korea’s long-standing foothold in the European Union – the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF), whose headquarters in Vienna effectively operates as a North Korean branch in substance. The ITF’s top figures are well known to Mihhail Kõlvart (Centre Party) and other leading figures in Estonia’s taekwondo community.
