Today, representatives of the parliamentary parties gathered to discuss the presidential election to be held in the autumn. Since the Constitution requires a two‐thirds majority of the full composition of the Riigikogu, this threshold presupposes that the parties are prepared to seek common ground, writes chairman of Isamaa, Urmas Reinsalu.
